Super Moist Baked Potatoes

Luscious, moist, baked potatoes. If you're allergic to butter, skip this one. These potatoes are great with our Creamed Dried Chipped Beef recipe.

  1. Rub butter into each potato skin.

  2. Wrap individual potatoes in tin foil.

  3. Bake until tender or whatever your preference.

  4. Remove from oven and serve. These potatoes are great with Creamed Dried Chipped Beef.

This is delicious side dish. When taken to potlucks, the recipe is often asked for and and the casserole dish is always empty. Sally Babcock

  1. Sautee onion and green pepper and cool.

  2. Mix corn, beaten eggs, sour cream, and box of cornbread.

  3. Combine onion and green pepper mixture with corn, beaten eggs, sour cream, and box of cornbread.

  4. Place in 9 x 13 greased pan.

  5. Top casserole with cheddar cheese.

  6. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes until casserole is firm.

Recipe Notes

Can substitute 1/2 recipe of gluten free cornbread for box of cornbread mix.

Can double the recipe and use the single recipe ingredients for butter and cheddar cheese. Baking time will increase by ten to 15 minutes.
