from Vonnie Glynn
1 cup milk
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 (1/4-oz) package dry yeast
3 eggs, beaten
4 1/2 to 5 cups flour
margarine, melted
Heat milk until warm to the touch. Add 1/2 cup margarine, sugar, and salt. Coo this mixture until lukewarm. Add yeast and stir until dissolved. Add eggs then flour and mix to form a smooth soft dough. Knead lightly on floured surface. Place dough in greased large bowl. Cover with a damp cloth. Let rise until double in bulk. Punch down. Divide dough into thirds, rolling each third on a floured surface into a 9-inch circle. Cut each circle into 12 to 16 pieces like pie pieces. Roll up each triangle starting with wide end and rolling to center. Arrange on greased pans and brush with more melted margarine. Let rise until very light. Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned on tops and bottoms. Brush rolls again when they come out of the oven with melted margarine if desired.
